Technology Resources
At Bulloch Academy, we believe in fostering educational excellence by equipping students with the skills they need to thrive in the modern world. Our vision is built on four key pillars: Creativity and Innovation, Collaboration and Resource Sharing, Research and Inquiry, and Effective Communication. We know how quickly technology changes. That is why we are always investing in our tech resources to make sure students have the latest tools and platforms. Our technology integration is purposeful and strategically designed to enhance the learning experience.
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Program
To equip students for success, Bulloch Academy implements a Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) program for grades 5-12.
- We recommend using a Windows or Chromebook device as they work best with our school’s software and network, support classroom tools and applications, and ensure a safe and secure learning environment.
- Please note that Apple devices, tablets, or any other non-Windows/Chromebook device are not approved.
- Click HERE for directions to for signing into the BYOD on campus.
To help you pick the right device for your child, we have provided Bulloch Academy Device Specifications guide with the minimum recommended specifications. Check out our Top List of Devices for recommended devices for different needs and budgets.
Device Set-Up
Student devices should be set up so that the account they sign into their device uses their school email address instead of a personal one. This helps them access all the necessary educational tools and resources, keeps everything secure and organized, and makes sure everything works smoothly with our classroom management and monitoring systems.
